DRAWING FOR LIMITED BOTTLINGS

 

1.       We want to make clear that the drawings are for the right to buy a bottle at retail - there is no monetary value to these drawings.  We are simply hoping to have a fair way to sell these bottles to our loyal customers. 

 

2.       The only way to acquire entries is by using your Reward Points.  100 Points = 1 Ticket ($1 = 1 point not including tax or tobacco, for in store purchases only).  Entries will be good for all events through the end of the year.  So, there is every reason to convert your points at the earliest possible date.
Unfortunately, at this time, only in store purchases will accumulate rewards points for drawings.

 

3.       You may acquire as many entries as available for your Reward Points.  However, on most releases, you will only be able to win the right to buy one bottle.

 

4.       We will post on our Facebook Page what items will be available and on which dates.  The type of drawing will also be posted - and whether you need to be in attendance.  On the major drawings, like Van Winkle and BTAC, you do not need to be in attendance.  However, the bottles are distributed for purchase based on the order picked and the winner appearing in the store.  So, those in attendance choose first.

 

5.       You are not required to purchase any bottle for which you have been drawn - these bottles will be in future drawings.

 

6.       You can convert your points to tickets either at the register or through a manager - your tickets are not converted automatically.

 

7.       In the past we allowed proxies for drawings.  Unfortunately, that process has become unworkable, so there will no longer be proxies.  Wives/Husbands do not count as proxies for each other and may purchase a bottle for their spouse.

 

8.       We reserve the right to modify the drawings to accommodate future issues.   All issues related to the drawings will be resolved at the sole discretion of Antioch Fine Wine & Liquors.

 

9.       REMINDER THAT THIS IS FOR THE RIGHT TO BUY THE BOTTLE.  THE BOTTLE MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE REGISTER.
